I have been teaching guitarists for more than twenty years now. More recently though, I have found that my work covers a broader spectrum than this. That's why I prefer to call it 'coaching', a term that I feel covers all of your musical needs.Take a look at what I can offer and if you want to discuss your needs further send me an email.

For the guitarist: All styles covered, from beginners to professional. What do you want to do? What do you want to play? I certainly don't mind, as a session player, you name it, I've played it. The only thing I will insist on is that you let me tailor the lesson to suit your needs, other than that, the ball is in your court. For the bassist: Do you want a bit more slappin' in your playing or maybe you don't really understand how a bass should fit into the whole scheme of things. Either way, I can put you on the right track and bring you out into the forefont a little more.

Also, my experience as a teacher is that music theory is often seen as the killer of musical creativity and 'coolness'. Sorry, it ain't true. That is why, with all my students I make sure they can get to grips with an understanding of the the dots and how music making is all about patterns. Alright, you may not become a Beethoven, but I can assure you that I can take the mystery out of music theory.

All coaching is based on a one to one basis.

Each session is charged at the following rates:
